• Assisting Rideau Lakes Public Library in benchmarking their library against other comparable systems.  Along with a benchmarking report, we will also complete a VOLT assessment and a future client survey. 

• Supporting the Stratford Public Library board in their group discussion on their existing strategic plan.

• Assisted Merrickville Public Library in entering data in the VOLT assessment tool, and combined VOLT results and client survey results into an infographic summary of the library's value to the community.

• Project lead on implementation of Resource Sharing for Groups for over 220 public library systems across Ontario
• Responsible for project communications, pilot testing, development of documentation and online training program, technical support and troubleshooting

• Working closely with Ontario College libraries and related consortia/committees, developed survey instrument for the collection of college library data, and managed the annual collection of data
• Created PowerBI/Sharepoint tools for the dynamic display of data 
• Reported on data standards and assessment trends in academic environments 

• Project lead for the first generation online learning platform for public library staff in Ontario
• Responsible for development, promotion, staffing, and maintenance of the system, working closely with the library community, consultants, and platform vendors to define and implement requirements
