With 20+ years of employment in libraries and in the public sector, I have extensive experience in the research, planning, and roll-out of:

• Province wide and consortia resource sharing projects
• Learning management systems & training programs for library professionals
• Data collection and analysis
• Report writing on topics affecting our profession (library education, resource sharing & library consortia trends, library data assessment)

In all my projects, I seek to understand diverse user viewpoints and requirements, and to create final products that meet the varied needs of all users.
